Specific terms governing individual products or subsidiaries (such as My Record Check) may supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms will govern for that service.

All purchases made through IMCLEAR or its affiliated products are processed securely. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
